Mission: maximization of the factory EBITDA (150 ME of revenues) in coordinating the world trade network, the head commerce department and the logistic department

Specific: development of the Thai market between 2009 and 2010

Mission: creation and development of a market in ASEAN related to the vacuum steel heat treatment / technical support when necessary
LOCATION in THAILAND for 5 years

Hands on approach “out of the box”: building success in leveraging on remote country, in networking and in bringing technical added value services

Mission: sale of aluminium rolling strip casting lines and turnkey solutions in the aluminium conversion industry, Pechiney Rhenalu Division

Specific: support of the business development team: industrial audit of plants as part of acquisition processes, aluminium sector

Mission: sale of industrial equipment - vacuum furnaces - for the steel heat treatment industry
