Projects Manager

Location: VINMEC International General Hospital Project, the first international standard and first class hospital in Vietnam modelled on Hospital Facilities (Hospital – Hotel)

Scope of works: spray 200 mm of Sprefix glass wool spray on insulation on the ceiling and walls of the Genset Room and cover with glass fiber reinforced aluminum foil

DUNG QUAT REFINERY PROJECT
Manage up to 6 Supervisors & 10 QA/QC Engineers in charge to control the insulation, painting & scaffolding works executed at site by up to 250 Vivablast Workers.
Permanent site management of progress, safety, quality, materials consumption, organization, administration, expenses, materials & services requisitions, inventories, procedures compliance.
Daily cooperation with Construction, Subcontract, QA/QC & HSE Departments of Technip - JGC
Complete all contracts, manage hand-over of all QA/QC documentation, and demobilize

DUNG QUAT REFINERY PROJECT
Assist Project Manager for all types of administration and progress follow-up requirements
Ensure accurate progress reporting & proper QA/QC documentation of painting & insulation works
Manage proper storage, handling & delivery to site of 50,000 wool pipe sections, 3,000 wool blankets and 2,000 wool boards required for insulation works

- Manage requisitions, suppliers’ selection, quotations, quality & respect of delivery schedules
- Manage local and international strategic sourcing of industrial paints and special coatings, abrasives, raw materials; logistics services, spare parts, tools, consumables & equipments

- Develop a new website, commercial brochures and business cases

- Executive Search by contacting directly highly qualified executives for international Firms.

Within a team of eleven students, to support the town of Hoi An’s development and to promote Vietnamese culture in France with a budget of 10.000 Euros. Charity mission in Hoi An in June 2005: financial help for a school, a high school and a hospital in Hoi An, medical supply to the hospital in collaboration with French Doctors and Surgeons, fund raising and sponsoring in France, exhibitions of the Vietnamese culture
