I do analyse the projects and if those projects have a good base I make a business plan and try to find the funding for the project , debt or in general equity/JV. In Vietnam there is no organisation which can provide the technical and financial structure to Clients with foreign partners.

Nihon Lucida Ltd. And Lucida Inc, in San Jose, CA, USA are merging together, all shares shall be controlled by Nihon Lucida Japan. This company is producing software and hardware for computer network security and data retrival. After the merger they intend to go public IPO and also to obtain an equity financing for the new structure and new software development, especially for the Chinese market.

2005 - 2006CTA has been since 20 years with the same distributor in Japan and in the last five years the sales were scaled down below the minimum required. There was an urgent need to restructure the whole organization. Within a year a new system has been implemented allowing the warehouse control (nobody knew how many stocks were in the warehouse), a synchronization between orders placed with Paris office, the existing stock and DLC of the products (jam, chocolate, biscuits, foie gras, coffee, tea, wines, champagne and liquors). Also a new shop design has been created, PR activities increased and the brand image support widened, as well as intensive sales training provided to the distributor sales division.
By end 2006 CTA will have a new distributor in Japan with its own boutique in Tokyo and new staff dedicated to the brand CTA.

1996 - 1999Together with Merrill Lynch International organizing Project Financing for the state owned companies such as TLM Sibenik (Aluminum) $ 50.000.000 Aluminum linked loan, Sugar Industry and syndicated loans. Marketing and privatization of state owned companies, project financing and business development.
1994 - 1996Responsible for the industrial development, barter deals in Central Asia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Main activities in Tajikistan in the investment and development of the national economy, particularly in mining and energy sectors. Consultant to the Tajik Government on investment and economic structure as well as monetary policy.
1989 - 1993Established EJC together with Japanese partners/investors. Acted as consultants to Japanese Government and represented Government of Balearic islands (Spain) and the Government of Thüringen (Germany). Facilitated Japanese investments in Spain and Germany. Signed contracts with Phoenix Electric Company (Japan) for establishing a halogen lamp plant in Spain. Also signed a contract with Nattori Foods of Japan for a fish food processing plant in Mallorca. Have executed studies and developed concepts for three marinas and acted as developer for the Europe Tower building in Tokyo, with cooperation with Nissho Iwai, Taisei Corporation and European Community delegation in Tokyo. Acted as consultants to several European banks and companies in the field real-estate investments in Japan and in setting up operations in Japan.

Turn-key project for Port Harcourt Refinery (for Nigerian National Petroleum Company) – USD $650 Million project on consortium base, with Spie Batignolles share of 48% and JGC Corp’s of Japan 52%. HBJ pipeline system in India, a Joint Venture with Nippon Kokan and Toyo Engineering. Spie Batignolles was a leader with 40% of this USD $600 Million turnkey project deal. Projects included engineering and construction, procurement of 1,000-Miles pipeline, compressor stations and satellite communications system.
