Training in 3D Animation for 40 trainees_ Goal: to double the Company's Animation capacity.

Overview:
- Organization and follow-up of the whole Training program & planning.
- Organization of Training session including the Lead Animators: technical exchange & explanations for the trainees.

Daily Work:
- Didactic lessons, 2D animation principles, 3D animation principles, Anatomy, bio & body mechanics, mime, acting, movies analysis, storyboard & xsheets analysis, posings analysis, Artistic Composition (Animated movies, Live Action movies, Art, Comics, illustrations), Layout principles, Art & Animation history, etc...
- Working Methodology (Artistic and technical): "how to do" & Step by step's methodology for a real Production.
- Organization of weekly screening & movies analysis [2D, 3D & stop motion Feature animated movies (american, asian & european feature films)]

- 6 months full time Teacher
- 9 months part time on Training, and most of the time on 2 current Productions.

On various formats: Feature film, DTV, TV series, Videogame,Video clip, etc...
- Artistic and Technical management of several projects (Animation, Layout, etc...)
- Continuous Training & Formation for the Animation & Layout Departments (35-50 Animators & 20 Layout artists).Theory & exercises
- Training & Formation for 20 new Animators.
