I am Son Nguyen, PMP, PMI-RMP. I am working as a project manager and have managed various ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects in chemical, telecommunication and transportation industries. Having years experience in management accounting prior to working as a project manager, in my projects I participate not only in ERP system implementation, but also in developing and reviewing management accounting concepts as well, realizing that the last is at the heart of every ERP systems.
