HISTORY

Minh Phu Seafood Corporation’s precursor was a private enterprise. It was established on 14th December 1992. After 19 years of continuous development, so far Minh Phu has become one of leading seafood corporations with largest seafood export revenue nationwide as well as in the region and all over the world.

From 1992 – 2001: Private enterprise; From 2002 – 2006: Company Limited.

In 2006, there are many important landmarks to Minh Phu preparing for this new development period. In July 2006, Minh Phu has changed from private enterprise to joint stock company, and the company’s stocks are listed on Vietnam stock exchange. In 2006, the Company also has formed a full circle process from producing feeding shrimps to biological products, commercial shrimps and processing for export.
