Responsible for advising and supporting French companies in addressing the Vietnamese market (export, partnerships, investments...) as well as for promoting French technologies and know-how through organizing seminars and exhibitions.

• Responsible for the management of the complete portfolio of ODA provided by the French Ministry of Economics, Industry and Employment to Vietnam through its “FASEP Etudes” (grant) and “RPE” (concessional loan) facilities, in close relation with Vietnamese authorities, beneficiaries and project owners, French contractors and other donors:
- Monitored the implementation of infrastructures studies and projects mainly focused on urban and rail transport, water supply and sanitation as well as space technologies, including some co-financings with ADB, AFD, EIB and WB.
- Identified and developed new studies and infrastructures projects, formulated a country funding strategy and a 3-year operations plan in line with objectives of promotion of French technologies and know-how, PPPs and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
- Created and optimised procedures, disbursement charts and other monitoring tools.
- Organised ex-ante evaluations and retrospective audits of projects.
- Took part in intergovernmental loans negotiations...
• Monitored the progress of commercial contracts under negotiation by French companies in Vietnam.
• Provided COFACE with opinions on all export credit guarantees requests from French companies related to contracts signed with Vietnamese buyers.
• Implemented a strategic watch on Vietnamese public policies on infrastructures development (master plans, regulations, PPPs…) and strategies of the main donors active in Vietnam.
• Took part in the preparation of the economic / trade content of official visits such as the one of French Prime Minister François Fillon in Vietnam (November 2009).

- Produced guidance notes and for-sale surveys on specific Vietnamese markets and industries.
- Conducted customised market surveys, including monitoring and evaluation of markets.
- Marketed and organised events / seminars as well as individual and collective prospecting missions.
• Monitored the progress of commercial contracts under negotiation by French companies in Vietnam.
• Provided COFACE with opinions on export credit guarantees requests from French companies related to contracts signed with Vietnamese buyers.
• Took part in the preparation of economic / trade content of official visits such as the one of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in France (October 2007).

• Designed and reviewed the implementation of management charts, procedures and corrective measures dealing with development policy, procurement, sales, HRM, information systems, financial management… in due diligence with Groupe Casino’s standards (a French public listed retail company).
• Established the General Secretary Office and organisational tools.

• Advised and supported French companies in Vietnam for facilitating their exports and investments:
- Produced guidance notes and for-sale surveys on specific Vietnamese markets and industries.
- Conducted customised market surveys, including monitoring and evaluation of markets.
- Marketed and organised events / seminars as well as individual and collective prospecting missions.

Conducted a market survey including company profiles dedicated to the ICTs in Bulgaria.
