I'm a 34-years-old French man.

I've started to work for Catering and Hospitality at the early age of 14 years old, as a trainee. Then I've studied for many years from a professional degree in hospitality to a master in management.

I work as a General Manager for one of the most famous & successful international restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) - Viet Nam.

I love my job, I love to meet people from various culture and also to travel, that's while I expect to continue to live and work abroad.
