FPT Software Europe is a filial of group FPT Software, leading provider of software outsourcing services in Viet Nam. FPT Software launched officially the business by setting up, in June 2008, a representative office in Paris. I’m in charge of the business development of French speaking market (France, Belgium and Suisse).
• Tasks:
o Marketing:
- Telemarketing to understand the market demand working with Harvey Nash France
- Organize event to promote the branch name (working with IDC France)
o Business Development:
- Channel partner building
- Prospect and opportunity identification
- Customer relationship management
- Contract and pricing negotiation,
- Planning and tracking the budget for each quarter
o Business Analyst:
- Interface between customer and offshore team
- Ensure the quality of project delivery.

I was team leader leading a team of 5 developers to develop a web application for IBM France and also SAP project for Hitachi Joho.

o Business analyst: interface between customer and offshore team
o Assign task for team members
o Technical training for new staffs and offshore team

• IACP Asia is a filial of IACP France (acquired by Capgemini nowadays), one of a specialist in insurance domain. I was a junior developer in a team of 5 members.
• Tasks:
o Maintenance of AXAPAC system of AXA insurance
o Technical training (COBOL/Mainframe) for new staffs
