• Create and manage 2 loyalty programs for 2 types of retail channels (16 Big C supermarkets and 7 New Cho convenient stores).

• Oversee the design of the loyalty programs and all related features / enhancements.

• Develop and implement the business CRM tool and loyalty strategy to improve acquisition and retention of cardholders.

• Recruitment and training of the Loyalty Card helpdesk team and all operational functions of the scheme (including budget management, customer services queries, management of stock items and development of customer facing materials).

• Training of all operational teams (in stores) and ensure the good understanding of the loyalty programs.

• Creation and deployment of the loyalty program procedures (Standard Operating Procedures) in the stores.

• Drive growth and development of the Loyalty Cards rewards schemes to deliver positive change to membership volumes, purchase behavior and attrition.

• Define, implement and manage all marketing communications with Card members via email and direct mail.

• Work with other internal departments (IT, Legal, Purchasing dept.) to ensure all loyalty features are executed in all sales channels.

• Work with all existing agencies and suppliers to develop the service received and identify more efficient ways of working.
