PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
After being graduated from Business & Management School in France, Thuy joined Sanofi Aventis in Ho Chi Minh City in 1999 as a Market Research Leader, drawing up a detailed inventory on Vaccines & Serums local market.
Back in France, Thuy joined General Electric Healthcare in 2000 as a MEACAT export sales representative in Accessories & Supplies Division, where she contributed strongly to the webilization of the order process throughout the region.
In 2003, she took the challenge to develop sales in Eastern Europe, and set up a new GE direct distributors network as an Area Sales Manager.
She was quickly promoted to join GE Core Business in 2004 as a MEACAT Project Manager, supervising the entire process of fulfilling a medical equipment contract from Order Entry to on-site delivery and cash collection.
In 2007, Thuy decided to live in HCMC Vietnam. After a first year collaborating with SDV International Freight Forwarding company, a Bolloré group, she decided to join Officience in 2008.

-Coordinate and pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Cash Collection.
-Establish & maintain high communication with the involved individuals throughout the whole process
(regional sales mgr, legal department, Installation mgr, Supply Chain mgr, -Finance, Customer, etc)
-Collect customer claims and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
